This Saturday

Saturday: A Day With Alfred.

We start with my bullet journal practice. It's where I write down what I want to do before I involve the AI. Without a direction, Alfred cannot help you.

Then you meet your full AI team, top to bottom. Nine specialists, each with a clear job. Alfred orchestrates; the rest handle their own areas of work.

Then we walk through how I run a day: morning ritual, three 45-minute deep work sprints, midday check-in, evening close. Same structure every day.

Bring your Mental Inventory

Saturday's session uses the page you wrote in Week 0. Keep it nearby.

Before you install

An Important Note To Remember.

The ABL system works by handing instructions to your own AI assistant, which then sets things up on your own computer. ABL doesn't run the install for you — you (with Alfred and your AI team) are in the driver's seat.

A few honest things to know:

If you're not comfortable with what a step does, pause and ask — Alfred can explain it before you proceed. When in doubt, don't run it.

By installing the ABL folder and joining the cohort, you confirm you've read and accepted this note.
