We start with my bullet journal practice. It's where I write down what I want to do before I involve the AI. Without a direction, Alfred cannot help you.
Then you meet your full AI team, top to bottom. Nine specialists, each with a clear job. Alfred orchestrates; the rest handle their own areas of work.
Then we walk through how I run a day: morning ritual, three 45-minute deep work sprints, midday check-in, evening close. Same structure every day.
Saturday's session uses the page you wrote in Week 0. Keep it nearby.
The Saturday cohort session, and the Tuesday office hours. Same Zoom link for both.
Ninety minutes, every Saturday. We work the week's material together, live.
Join the Zoom · same link every week.
What you bring:
Drop in. No agenda. First come, first served. Bring whatever you're stuck on, whatever you're thinking about, or just listen in. Same Zoom link as Saturday.
Email me at bg@bghamrick.com. Use this email any time between sessions.
One live session each Saturday at 1 PM ET. Recordings go here within 24 hours so nobody falls behind.
By Saturday you'll have Claude Pro signed up, the ABL folder installed, and your Mental Inventory written. The live session is your first real conversation with Alfred — we get your AI team talking, and you walk out with a clear next step.

Terms & Agreement
A quick note about how the ABL system works, what's on you, and what's on us. Please read before installing.
The ABL system works by handing instructions to your own AI assistant, which then sets things up on your own computer. ABL doesn't run the install for you — you (with Alfred and your AI team) are in the driver's seat.
A few honest things to know:
If you're not comfortable with what a step does, pause and ask — Alfred can explain it before you proceed. When in doubt, don't run it.
By installing the ABL folder and joining the cohort, you confirm you've read and accepted this note.
